Default Paypal Website Payments Pro Matching Codes

    Hi,

    AVS Address match: Y
    AVS ZIP match: Y
    CVV2 match: Y

When accepting credit cards through Paypal Website Payments Pro in Zencart we like to see the above in the customer's order in admin to show that the card details match the billing address. If the "Y"'s are "N"'s then the details don't match and we investigate but recently we've noticed "X" characters whcih Paypal say should mean an "exact match" but when we look further the card details didn't match the billing address at all on these occasions. We received the information below from Paypal which seems to indicate that Zencart itself was providing the "X"''s as an interpretation of Paypal's return data. Can anyone clarify this?

"It is possible that those values are handled differently, but they will want to confirm this with ZenCart, However, this merchant did not get an X back from PayPal for the transactions in question. They received:
AVS Response: G: GLOBAL INFO NOT VERIFIED - the X came from ZenCart not PayPal. We also did not give any info on a confirmed address and responded with Seller Protection Ineligible"

    Many Thanks

    Robin

    Zen Cart version?
    PayPal mode/country?

Zen Cart doesn't translate the AVS details returned from Paypal.
