'Refund' from Admin isn't working.

We had never used this feature before as we would just go to PayPal and process refund whenever needed.

Since the business has grown so has the need for this feature.

When we try to issue a full or partial refund, the system just sends up to the "orders.php" and nothing happens.

Any help is much appreciated as always.

I do not see where "refund" is part of the ZenCart distribution??
Might you have a 3rd party addon installed for this?

It's intact a stock feature.

Admin> customers> orders> edit. About middle of the page.

which file processes the refunds? is it possible that those files are missing or not linked properly?

Kobra, seems like we replied at the same time. disregard my last post.
additionally, thats crazy, we have never installed any mod for payment refunds. I will verify that, and get back here.

can it be part of paypal module that comes with zc?
