    Default ie security issues

    https://web116.secure-secure.co.uk/p...ain_page=login

in Internet Explorer when you go to SSL pages such as login it comes up with box saying secured/unsecured items; and the padlock doesn't show at the bottom of the page to show it is a secure page?

i can usually figure this out by hitting yes so it will hide what is causing it, or i can usually find it in page info, but have been searching for 2 days. could i have some fresh eyes?
