Create copy of store pickup shipping module?

Hello,
I'd like to add another option for shipping. For our events, we sell tickets that we either mail or have at Registration Desk. I'd like to add another shipping option basically a copy of the Store Pickup option that would be for Registration Desk Pickup. Is this possible? If so, what steps do I need to take?
