If you click on the column headings (i.e. manufacturer, item name, price, etc.) it will sort the products in various ways.

It's not immediately obvious to users, so you may want to add a note on the page to indicate that functionality.

Most of your categories seem to have only one product right now, but the "devotional and daily reading" cat shows the product listing. Click the Item Name or Price headings repeatedly to see it.
