shipping estimator page

When u click the shipping estimator page it pops up but the entire page is white. i cant seem to find out where to atleast change the background color, been searching for atleast an hour and a half. any help would be appreciated.

Is it "white" meaning white text on white background ...

Or, is it "white" meaning ... you have errors and it is completely blank?

the font is white and the background is white

find #popupShippingEstimator and add color:000; - it should do the trick.
