red flag batching/throttling features in your email script??

I have clients using Zencart and Joomla..

And i know they send out email to all there clients. as some of them have over 500 clients. and i know they send out promtions here and there.. within the PROGRAM (zencart or joomla)

But I do see that we have a 100 email limit in 10 min and 1000 per day..

How do I prevent my programs from allowing it to send them out and to suspend there account???

I was talking to support and they said that there is a batching/throttling features in your email script to control this

How do i do this.. And what do other do to prevent this from happening??

I'm on the Resellers Hosting account - I think i could upgrade to the MVS..

Any suggestions are great... need solution ASAP..

The current version of Zen Cart doesn't have any email throttling capability. If your host imposes limits on you and you want to send out mass newsletters, you're best to use an external 3rd party tool. There's one listed in the Recommended Services page (see link at top of this page).
