When customers submit an order, they get a 500 internal server error. The order is coming through fine (both to me and to the customer) but they get redirected to that page. I submitted a ticket to godaddy, given that the error was claiming '500 internal server error' and they said:

A brief review of the errors in this log indicate that you may need to update the scripting of your .htaccess file. I've looked at and have compared my htaccess files with every damn one on a clean fresh install and they're all the same.

I have no idea what any of this means, or how to fix it. Help!!
