Hey folks,

I'm successfully using PP Pro with PP Express.

I receive paypal as well as CC payments, but the ipn messages are incomplete.

either the amount is missing (paypal-transactions) or the customer name is missing (creditcardcard-transactions). See attached screenshot.





I also can't do refunds from withing Zen Cart, so I assume there must be a configuration error either in my PayPal or in my Paypal modules in zen.

Anybody know what's going on here? Or should I just disable IPN in my Paypal?


I also tried to contact PayPal support, but they couldnt help me. That's what the PP-guy said.

In your screen shot you sent I see there is a transaction ETGP5EE4F60A that appears to not have received an IPN message. This transaction is your PayFlow transaction id which does not use IPN, the corresponding transaction in your PayPal account for this transaction is 5CX29628VU5428804. As you can see you do have an IPN for 5CX29628VU5428804. To me this appears to be an issue with your shopping cart not correctly linking your PayPal IPN messages back to your PayFlow transactions.
