Zone Rates (No shipping available to the selected country)

Hi, Just starting to enter shipping. My client gave me a table with weights and zones, so I am using zone shipping. Two questions here that I haven't been able to find answers to:

First, I am using states as zones, so as a simple example my zone 2 looks like this:
Zone 1 Countries
AZ,ID,OR, UT

Zone 1 Shipping Table
10;14.20,15:19.45,20:23.49, 25:26.51

where up to 10lbs the shipping will be $14.20, etc.

When I go into the cart, add product (Weight is specified on product) and estimate shipping, I see:
"Shipping quotes are based on the address information you selected:
Oregon 97271 United States
Zone Rates (No shipping available to the selected country)."

The site is http://www.thedessertlovers.com/, and the product is the Chocolate Cheesecake Cupcakes - 12 pack.

Second question is, I have 7 zones, and the zone rate module only offers 3. Can I add more zones? Thanks!

Oregon is a State ... not a Country ...

If you need to build your Zones based on States or more details, you might look in the Free Software Add Ons at the shipping module for:
Zone Table

This lets you build all of your specific Zone Definitions and when you install this, you can then select your specific Zone Definitions and set the rates ...

Ha, ha, Yes, I know Oregon is a state, which is why I said I'm using states as zones.

In the module Location>zones, there are countries, states and provinces. Are you saying I can't use those? Thanks.
