Default Authorize.net SIM and SSL ? Related?

    Authorize.net SIM Module -

This is the error message that my customers are getting when they try to pay with a credit card.

One customer was making a purchase on the phone with me I was stepping her through it, and she got this message "An error occurred while trying to report this transaction to the merchant. An e-mail has been sent to the merchant informing them of the error. The following is the result of the attempt to charge your credit card.

    This transaction has been approved.
It is advisable for you to contact the merchant to verify that you will receive the product or service." BUT THEY DO NOT GO TO THE CHECKOUT SUCESS PAGE AND NO RECORD IS RECORDED IN THE SHOPPING CART
" BUT I checked in the authorize.net and the credit card went through.

I did a test purchase with my credit card and got the same error. BUT the card went through,

The order did NOT come up on Zen Cart. (Usually when this happened a long time ago I would at least get the order in zen cart_

I checked the HASH, transaction key, and the login id and they were all correctI am using Zen 1.3.8A

I set the authorize module to log and email.

I got some emails, some saying SIM alert, but the transaction went through,

Please please, someone help me with this.

The last time a credit card went through was in the morning, i noticed the problem at 6:15 PM

My processing is off site, the authorize gateway,

I do have SSL. But there was something that happened today at 1:17pm , even though i paid for my ssl, they did not renew it so it expired. I have an expired ssl, this should be fixed tomorrow, COULD THIS BE CAUSING THE PROBLEM?????

    Please help me. Thanks
This is the same thing that was happeneing before in July, look at my last ticket, except no hash match fail. I did some tests here are the errors
