Redirect referrals

I would like to set up redirecting tracking sites for each of our sales reps that they can use to direct their customers to our site for sales and then receive their commission on purchases made by their referrals.

I know how to set up separate domains for them but am wondering how I could track which customers purchased what and link it to the sales rep that directed them to the site.

I really want to get this set up soon... Can you help?

The Snap Affiliates is GREAT... Works well with 1.3.9a
I checked out the jrox thing and honestly hated it... hahaha
But the snap is Awesome and EXACTLY what i was looking for.

What I am going to do is set up subdomains for each of my sales reps Eg. www.Reps_Name_Here.Silknscents.com

And then Have them register that subdomain as a referrer and link it all up... it should work swell.. I am currently testing it out an dwill keep posted on how it works out...
