Non Existant CSS File Loaded

I'm officially stumped.

I just completed an upgrade of my cart. Everything is working fine.

When testing out the speed statistics via a waterfall tool such as http://www.webpagetest.org I am seeing a file that is drawing an error in loading.

The file is:
mysitename.com/includes/templates/CUSTOM/css/includes/csshover.htc

Yet, I don't have a folder 'includes' within the CSS folder.

I've been searching via the admin, comparing file versions, and comparing the DB's and can't find what might possibly be causing the browser to try to load this file.

Any ideas?

After a couple hours of frustration it is always 5 sec. after posting that the solution appears.

I found the source included in another CSS files. Now I just need to debug.

MODs feel free to delete this thread.
