1317 Query execution was interrupted (GoDaddy)

I've been having some 500 internal server errors with my 1.3.9f cart. Godaddy moved me to a grid server so i could have error reporting and everything worked just fine after that. (even though they claimed there was nothing wrong and it had to be the zencart code).

I was JUST working in admin, looking at an order... customers were online and checking out. Then boom.. the 500 errors are back, along with these two:
