Page 2 link showing error 404

I have build the site www.blackorangevintage.com. Last week the page 2 (Remaned Coco Chanel - Biography) under More Information (renamed Chanel and Hermes Facts) linked through to the relevant page information all ok. Today, however, when I click on the Chanel Biography link, I get a Error 404 page. I have checked all info on php files (compared where page 3 is showing up and where page 2 is showing up with Developers tool kit), all seems ok. Page 2 is set to active in Admin panel, what else could cause an active page to show error 404?

It should be
/index.php?main_page=page_2


Others look correct such as

OK, so that means something changed on my page_2. How can I change it back to read page_2 instead of the Coco Chanel? I have changed the text the link display on my custom/english.php, not sure how the Coco Chanel replaced the page_2?

If you have an english.php as a template override - - meaning that the core file has not been edited
Compare them - - there should only be one change for page_2

I can't tell what all that you have done but back them all out so that is is as delivered

Thanks for the help so far! Just went through all the .php files again while I was waiting for your reply, I did miss something. On /includes/languages/english/cherry_zen/define_pages_editor.php my page_2 was chnaged to Coco Chanel, this is really concerning as I read up the thread you recommended on how to change page names (english.php) previously, I added 3 more pages but haven't changed any of the details for page_2, page_3 or page_4. I have renamed my admin folder for security, how is it possible for this to be changed without me doing anything?

It isn't....files do not change on their own
Check with FTP for the modified date
