Custom text in order confirmation email

I need to add some custom text in the email the customer receives after purchasing certain products from my store.

We don't need it to appear for all products, just when they order certain ones.

How can this be done?

There is no easy way to do this - if you want it to be product specific then it would require custom coding. You can look in your admin english files to find the pages to edit...
