Attributes + Different Part Numbers

Can you go to phpMyAdmin and browse the table:
products_options_values

and look to see if you have a
products_options_values_name

called TEXT ...

I have found the phpMyAdmin and so forth. I'm not savvy with databases, so I will need you to 'talk' me through what to do after finding products_options_values_name

Click on BROWSE ...
and look to see if you have in the field:
products_options_values_name

one defined as:
TEXT

I've had a MIRACLE!! Since I just got it fixed just after my last post! Thank you SO much for all your help. I'm sure I will need your expertise again!

What was the final solution?

I went into Attribute Controller, scrolled down to the attributes for my products and looked at all those little colored boxes and saw that some had 'X' marked and some not. I played around with them while remembering what you had said about 'Display Only' NOT being marked and 'Required for Text' not being marked. But I did not have the middle (mustard color box) little box marked when it should have been. It all works like a charm now. Thank you SO much for all your help in resolving this issue.
