I'm trying to create a link to a pdf for clients. However, I'm getting this strange page - http://www.thompsonkerr.com/html/gat...hts-p-371.html

It should look similar to this when done properly: http://www.thompsonkerr.com/html/eur...enc-p-264.html

I've taken the code from this immediately preceding page and it works fine, but I've tried various forms on the other code and none of them work. (I'm not sure I can attach an image of the admin page and code, but will try... Looks like it is attached). I looked at the page source code and didn't see anything out of the ordinary - not that means anything with me - not a code guy.

Any ideas?
