Default XAMPP to live-server (GoDaddy) migration

    https://www.zen-cart.com/tutorials/i...hp?article=100

Wondering if I set up the store and configure/customize it locally with XAMPP, will I then be able to migrate/upload it to our hosting when the site is built? Is this the same as migrating from server to server as above link explains?

Will I simply install Zen Cart and set up, then export my existing local database and import it into the hosting myPHPadmin, and ftp all the "reconfigured files and images"?

    Thanks for any advice.
