HELP! Product type _book installation questions

I am brand new to zencart and trying to install the new product type book in my zencart , the add on product type I talked about is here:

Here is part of the words in installation manual:
"apply the sql patch in folder RUN_THIS_FULL_INSTALL_SQL_PATCH_FOR_DATABASE
to your admin sql patch page in zencart.

I found a *.txt file there and guess that is the sql patch file author talks about, I went to admin sql patch page and tried to upload that file but got following error message:

”1062 Duplicate entry 'MAX_BOOK_PUBLISHERS_LIST' for key 2
in:
[INSERT INTO configuration (configuration_title, configuration_key, configuration_value, configuration_description, configuration_group_id, sort_order, date_added) VALUES ('Book Type List - Multi Box Size/Style', 'MAX_BOOK_PUBLISHERS_LIST', '1', 'Number of book publisher names to be displayed in the scroll box window. Setting this to 1 or 0 will display a dropdown list.', '3', '7', now());]
If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.

Do you have the same problem? Could anybody help about this?

BTW: after I uploaded the catalogue , there is a new product type_book showed up in admin page, however, when I choose new_product under it, there is no product page .
