I hope someone can shed some light on an issue I'm having. My store is in Japanese (current ZenCart, UTF-8) and in the shipping estimator I'm getting a single garbled character when it displays the chosen zone name, but only when that character is 長, which then shows up as Q. All of the other characters show up fine.

I tried tampering with the tpl_modules_shipping_estimator file to no avail. I also tried altering the name in various ways in the database to see if it had any effect, but the Q just follows the character wherever I move it. Since the zone_name lookup is done by the functions_lookups file, I also tried playing with that file, but could figure out nothing that helped.

I'm all out of ideas, so any ideas from the gurus out there would be greatly appreciated!
