s3slider Issue

I'm sorry about posting this twice. It got posted to a different thread.

I'm trying to get the s3slider.js to work on my test site. I think I have everything placed right, but I keep getting this error message when I load the page.

Message: 'null' is null or not an object
Line: 2
Char: 1
Code: 0
URI: http://www.thatsubject.ca/includes/t...ipt_xslider.js

It has something to do with this line of code in my .js file.

$('#s3slider').s3Slider({

Does anybody have any ideas?

Can you please share your code ?
How do you manage the images ?
Do you show diretly the images from Catégories and set a link directly to your Category?

Would be nice to get some informations ...
