Blank page after both admin & customer login

Sorry, I accidentally hit enter after the title.

I have the most current version of Zen Cart.
3 days ago, the program was working fine. 2 days ago, I could not log in to admin or my store. You can get to the log in page, and then it would give you a blank page. The store log in would give you a blank page, but if you hit back twice, you would return to the store and you would be logged in. If you try to add to the cart or purchase something, then you would get the blank page. Similarly in admin, I would get the blank page, then I could use an address from history and get in. It would work until I try to update or edit something. After awhile, that history trick stopped working too.

I have my service supplier, PowWeb, working on this, but I was wondering if anyone else has any ideas. I did look at my debug log in the cache folder, but there were no recent entries. I have not made any changes to the Zen Cart program recently.
