Product/Download Combo shipping error...

hello Zen cart team!!!

if someone could assist..i would greatly appreciate it!

We are currently testing out the product/download combo option as we'd like to soon be offering downloads of our mailorder CDs as a bonus to our customers.

In testing this i have run into a bit of a roadblock at the shipping page in checkout. The "Sorry, we are not shipping to your region at this time" message is showing . And maybe i'm missing something simple but can't seem to find why it is not working.

I have set the product up as a combo product with a download attribute (which has a weight of 0 for the download attribute). All payment and shipping modules have zones set to none. Both free shipping modules are off though.

I know downloads do in fact work as if i do purchase this combo item with a non-combo physical product it downloads just fine.

i did search on this and check the faqs and seem to have everything set...the only thing i may be missing is the free shipping...is these modules needed for combo products? as the shipping is never really free.

How is your Product setup?

Product is Virtual: No, Shipping Address Required

Always Free Shipping: Special, Product/Download Combo Requires a Shipping Address

What do you have for:
Product Weight

On the Attributes, do you have Weight on the CD?

On the Attribute for the Download, do you see the green dot next to the filename?

What are your settings in the Shipping/Packaging for 0 weight products?
