Why Only One Review shows on the side box?

Hey everyone, thanks for paying attention to my problem.
I've already set in the "configuration > Max Value > Sidebox Review number" as 4.
So it supposed to show 4 reviews on the side box.
But only one review showing no matter how I set the number.
Does anyone know what's wrong with it?

I have 4 reviews, and I didn't use the classic template, I bought a template but it has no problem when I setting other Max Values such as "new products on side box". only get stuck with the Review column.

Does your shop use multiple languages? If so, and reviews were written in multiple languages, only the reviews in the visitor's current language selection will be displayed.

zihaizi ... what happens if you "switch" to the Classic Template to "test" if the Reviews work correctly ...

NOTE: the reason to switch to the Classic Template is to "test" for errors related to templates since the Classic Template would be clean as your template uses the templates and overrides ...
