Loading fresh version of main page

Hello,

Is there a way to to make the main page load the latest version of pics when someone visits the website. When I upload new pics to the main page, I have to click refresh in order to see the new image. Even when I close brower and open browser and visit the website, it still shows the old image.

Do you have a router?
Might need to clear it also
