FAQ set up?

How can i change the FAQ in admin?
I wanna change it to my personal own FAQ,
Also how can i edit the FAQ,
Also i saw something called FAQ Module,

How does this work?
If i update my zencart with it i don't lost all my settings correct?

So as not to loose the redemption feature make it look like yours
Start with altering a copy for your template structure of tpl_gv_faq_default.php file

Very strange i couldn't find a file name being that,
tpl_gv_faq_default.php or anything with faq being php,
you think it could be another file?

The CORE file you want to copy BUT niot change is at
includes/templates/template_default/templates/

so i need to make a copy of it?
do i need to put it in my main theme folder under this section,
i am new to this,
