Setting up some products to capture immediately instead of authorize only?

Hi all,

Is there a way to have certain products capture immediately? We are going to start selling accounts that "activate" access to one of our sister sites. We have done the part that upon capture will send out data to a database to allow access to a different site before with a different product, but in this case we want the purchase/access sequence to be automatic. Right now it is set to "Authorize Only", and we are using the FirstDATA/YourPAY/Linkpoint payment module as well as Paypal Express Checkout.

This is because if they purchase in the middle of the night, we don't want them to have to wait.

Which file should I be editing to allow this? Thanks for the direction in advance..

This is a setting that is one way or the other and be default can not be both

You mean there isn't a variable somewhere in the payment modules or ordering scripts that check what the current setting is? There has to be a way. I was able to use the ordering php file to allow certain products to talk to our database upon capturing. There's gotta be a flag somewhere, I just don't know where it is.

Start by looking in the payment module file you are using

You'll have to add your own conditional logic to replace this:
