Debug Error_logging utility is already included in ZC v1.3.9a.
As it came with the new version of ZC, do we need to turn it off as suggested by DrByte? or just leave it running?

I personally keep it enabled nowadays.
It takes no overhead if there are no PHP errors happening.
And if there *are* errors, you have a record of them, and can tell immediately what's going on, just by checking for the files.
