File permissions question

Hey all,

I am under the impression that the permissions for the images and attributes folders on the server should be set at 755.

This gets the error message:

"Error: Destination not writeable /home/madeup/public_html/images/attributes/"


I must have this wrong, any help would be great.

This depends upon your server settings - might check with your host on requirements
