Shipping Estimator not working for me - comes up blank

I've just noticed that my shipping estimator isn't workng properly, it just comes up as a blank box.

I'm not sure what files I need to look at to get it working again, can someone please advise.

shipping_estimator.php is in includes/modules.

If you haven't modified that, you might try uploading a new copy.

Hmmmm, just re-loaded that file & still nothing, what else might cause this problem?

Does anyone have a suggestion about how I can fix my shipping estimator?

I'd use the Admin - Tools - Developers Tool Kit to search for something like 'estimat' to find all the files which deal with the estimator, especially define files like english.php, to see if you accidentally changed something, or inserted an apostrophe, etc.
