Tax Order Total problems

Hi,

Im having major problems with my order total not including tax,

All my products are displayed including tax to the customers.
When they put the item in the basket however the basket shows the correct amount of Tax that should be included however does not include it in the order total. This means i am not recieving 17.5% of the total?! Please Help

This is what it is showing. The total amount for that item and what i should receive would be £360
