Module Manger Problem when trying to install Simple SEO URL

I installed module manager on my zen cart v.1.3.9f so that I can install simple seo url.

After uploading all module manager files I go to: Admin>Tools>Module Manager and I get this error on the stack warning:

Error: Nothing to do - no query or query-file specified.
Failed to set up version tracker table

Below the list all modules and install new modules I get this as well:

Render error, file not found(/home/MYSITEFILE/public_html/admin/includes/templates/templates/module_manager/tpl_index.php)

The admin folder above is not called admin; this has changed to my admin folder name per Zen carts recommendations.

If I try and click on list all modules or install new modules the page goes blank and I get this error:

1146 Table 'module_version_tracker' doesn't exist
in:
[SELECT * FROM module_version_tracker]
If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.

Please help!

Got it. I had already uploaded the Easy SEO Url files and the reason I was getting the error is because I had to change a configure.php setting (as pointed out in the Easy SEO instructions). All is working fine now!

Glad I found this page. I am new in Zen Cart and interested to use Simple SEO URL in my Zen Cart website as well. I have searched the website on the installation guide/process. Unfortunately, I cannot get it. Is it possible for you or anyone to provide these installation guide? or maybe is the any forum linked to it.
