Products Do Not Show UP After I load them

I am sorry if this is not the right place to post this problem and question. This is my first attempt at any type of website. I'm trying to post my products. I can get to the preview page and then when I click submit, it comes up with a blank screen and this error (HTTP 500 Internal Server Error) means that the website you are visiting had a server problem which prevented the webpage from displaying. For more information about HTTP errors, see Help. Here’s the error it gives me on the admin page. ERROR: The data you submitted was found to be empty. YOUR CHANGES HAVE *NOT* BEEN SAVED. You may have a problem with your browser or your internet connection.

The strange thing it shows on the counter that the products are there, but they aren’t on the admin page nor do they appear on the website. Any ideas I can try.
