I have an item on my site where customers can order a free sample. They are able to check out fine.
I get a new order email but the order itself does not get saved into Zen-Cart. When I go to Customers -> Orders it is not there.
I have to call the customer back based off the New Order email I get and ask them what they need samples of (they are supposed to write it in the special instruction / comment box).
Is there a setting I can change to make the order save in the admin?
