I have a slide on my site. I have 5 slides and added a 6.

i can't figure out how to make the picture show.

all i have for instuctions from the template is this.

Tools->Define Pages Editor->select a file to edit(define_main_page.php).
Then you can see the following script:

define(URL3,'http://www.example.com');
define(URL4,'http://www.example.com');
define(URL5,'http://www.example.com');

define(IMAGE1,'01.png');
define(IMAGE2,'02.png');
define(IMAGE3,'03.png');
define(IMAGE4,'04.png');
define(IMAGE5,'05.png');

Step1: upload your own pictures to estorenow/images with width 744px and height 280px
Step2: Replace the URL value.for example change http://www.example.com to http://www.google.com
Step3: Replace the IMAGE value , e.g: change '01.png' to 'example.jpg'

i don't understand it.

Probably a question best asked of the author of that (suddenly very popular) template, but it appears you didn't specify an extension (.jpg, .png, etc.) for IMAGE6.
