Category Sidebox Top Cat Links

Is there a way to set the top category links in the category tree to drop down the subcategories but have the page stay on the current page?

I may be misremembering but I think that this does that:

Or maybe it is a different menu mod that I am remembering - have a look around the add-ons section and see what you can find.
