    Default Shopping Cart/Pay Pal Issue

    A customers order on 9/14/2010 on the order screen under the "ADMIN" tab appears to be proccessed except for the payment. It's status is "Pay Pal statusending Unilateral". What does this mean? The customers bank account has been debited but the payment was never credited to my pay pal account. It is somewhere in limbo.
    My pay pal account is working fine as I have ordered supplies etc., daily. Please HELP!

    stevesh is correct. The payment has been sent to an email address that's not yet associated with a PayPal account.

    What if the email address the payment went to is no longer active and hasn't been for almost a year? I'm not sure how a current payment would of been sent to it?? Is that email address possibly linked somewhere in the website that I'm not seeing?

    Zen Cart only sends payments to the PayPal account *you* tell it to use.
    In the case of PayPal Website Payments Standard/IPN, that's set inside the module settings at Admin->Modules->Payment->PayPal Website Payments Standard/IPN->Edit.

    Register that email address as a valid email address within your Paypal account.

    You can contact PayPal Support for specific help on using their services.
