Just added Upload file attribute, how do I keep it under control?

Hi all
Just set up the file upload on one of my sites, so customers can send artwork, images for personalised print products.
As it is at the moment, anyone can upload a file is there a way of making this only available to people who have signed in?

Hi Tony, sorry I don't have a solution to your problem I'm kind of a step behind you and was wondering if you could point me to where you found out how to set up the file upload?

All I can find is this https://www.zen-cart.com/tutorials/index.php?article=57 and it's a bit too general for me to make much sense of.
