Is anybody familiar with setting up zen cart to take payments through HSBC API?

I realise I need SSL and have already ordered this but unsure from there. HSBC Techie support doesn't seem that helpful either.

I'm thinking that if I found the tech support for something as important as a payment processor to be 'not that helpful;', I'd be tempted to look elsewhere.

Well unfortunately this is what I have to go with as payments have to be processed direct to a HSBC merchant account. One part of the support was helpful and the other was about medium but still didn't give me enough info on integration. However this is what I have to work with.
