Meta Tags not working Why

I have change the meta tags in the /includes/languages/english/meta_english.php but nothing is changing but when I do a meta tag analyzer is give me this for my Description HOME_PAGE_META_DESCRIPTION and this for my keywords HOME_PAGE_META_KEYWORDS

why is it not ready my Meta tags

Sounds like you've removed the definitions for both of those when you were editing the file.
