Email issues (Don't receive any emails) GoDaddy

MY shop is running online already and without knowing, people were trying to contact us but never receive their mails.

help please. thanks.

Is it just the Contact Us emails that aren't arriving ?

Are you receiving the copies of the create account and order confirmation emails ?

Are you receiving any emails at that address ?

Can you send emails from Zencart ?

i Don't receive any emails sent.... WHEN THE customer click on send button it shows Your message has been successfully sent. but i dont receive any of them..
