My shop has bee running without problem, I have the inc/ex vat mod running, and my cart version is 1.3.8a.

I have a Tax Zone definition setup for the United Kingdom and within that I have the United Kingdom added as a country with the appropriate tax rate setup, this all works fine.

Recently I have new customer wishing to purchase from Germany, so I added Germany into the Zone definition however is shows any transaction at the checkout to have zero tax when if not from the United Kingdom, although it shows tax fine for UK transactions.

I have tried all combinations but to not avail, anyone have any ideas please.
