Show other products from subcategory under product info?

I would like to display other products from the same subcategory randomly on the product info page, below the product description, kind of like this site:

http://elenis.com/store/product/desi...dbags/?cat=192

Has anyone tried this?

Not random but a few you want to display can be setup using the 3rd party module - cross sell
