order confirmation and shipping confirmation?

I was wondering how do you set this up in our email? order confirmation and shipping confirmation?
We are you using outlook 2007 and want to be able to have it auto send to someone once they place an order,
How would i have the order confirmation number in the order email automatically,
Would this be set up in outlook 2007 or admin for zen cart?

Sorry, not sure what you're asking. Zencart sends an order confirmation by default. Outlook wouldn't be a part of the process.

So even if we are going to be using paypal pro it's the same?
Would paypal generate an order list for us?
