So, rather than bumping without any additional useful information, perhaps you can actually add more information, such as what you *have* tried?

I dont know what im supposed to try!
Here's one way:
- in your browser, select the View Source menu option when displaying the page in question
- look through the HTML to find the section of code you want to not display
- add a selector to your stylesheet for that element and set it to display:none
- or you could hack up your template and make upgrading in the future more difficult
- or you could just leave it and let your customers decide what style of messages they wish to receive

I send by html and at the top it says "View in text" if the customer needs it. Plus it adds that thought "This is definately a Zen-Cart website"
They do have the option!
When the receive the email, if they want they click "View in text format"
The laws I referred to require giving the customer the choice before sending an email.
Why is it so important to send every customer an HTML email ?
I just dont like the look of the radio buttons on my site...
