How to access cPanel ?

I had hired a developer to modify zencart for me to modify the functionality. After the project, he uploaded the zencart on the goDaddy server.

I have access to the admin link. However, I don't know how to access the cPanel. I need access to cPanel to backup the entire zencart (PHP code and the database code). I cannot see the option for backing up the database and PHP code. How can I enable the option ?

Is Admin and cPanel the same ?

You really need to ask your host.

Admin and cPanel are completely different, in access and functions. Your host can tell you your cPanel username and password.
