I've come across another problem using livechat, I went to edit (or even better, delete) the opening message sent to a customer when they click to chat, and I was able to delete the default message, but cannot add any new text! So now when someone clicks to chat, they automatically receive a message from me with just my name, but no message.
Does anyone know a way to add my own default message in there so it's not just a blank field? Or even better, can I delete the auto message altogether and just welcome the customer once I initiate the chat?
