I need some help. My web designer is totally frustrated and so am I. How does one access the Zen Cart header with Dreamweaver in order to replace it? Can it also be accessed from my host cpanel? If so please explain. Thanks

Short answer: you don't. And cPanel is irrelevant, as it is not designed to do any of what you want.
You will need to edit the PHP files, especially /includes/templates/your_template/common/tpl_header.php. There are a couple of other files that feed it, so you may need to edit them depending on your intended design.
Thank you for your response. Could you tell me which files to edit and exactly how I do this? I really have no clue. Do I go to file manager to access this file.

Much better alternative is a FTP client such as the free filezilla clientOriginally Posted by brendadpowell

Zen-Venom Get Bitten
Thanks for the help Kobra. It worked like a charm to use filezilla. Now I have one slight problem. On my site: www.exodusbydesign.com/zencart in the header I can still see the words, Tagline Here, where do I find this so I can delete it? Can anyone help.
Is there a way to change the filetype once a file has been set up?
Open the file again and use the 'save as' option to change the type (extension).
