Totally replacing header?

Seeing that your new to Zencart, you may want to get familiar with the Developers tool kit. It has been a life saver!

Its located under tools menu. When for example you wanted to change the Tagline Here option. You could go to that page and at the bottom of the page and enter your text in question you want to change and on the right hand side change the selection to what type you think it is.

After its entered, press the search button. It will return a query of all the files that have those words in it and what line of code it refers to.

This is probably my most single used tool since I started and wanted to change anything.

Once you start creating your custom template (or install one of the free ones as a starting point), you'll find that a lot of the default content disappears.

You can see the free templates at http://(sorry, site offline)/. Use the pulldown menu to change templates and see what they look like on a live site.
